Shakeout for the legs. While the pictures are not from the run, they are from the same city…went for the very short hike while it was still under 100°…

Kept the mileage short because of the temperature, which started at 86° and was 88° two miles later. Might be a good idea to start earlier tomorrow.

Happily, the Garmin has been telling me that I am in great shape for a race. Now, where to find one where my brains aren’t baked…?
