Had a blast running the course this year. Forty second PR over last year, so felt accomplished while still enjoying the course.

A bunch of folks running the 10K. Paul Read took 4th overall with a pace of 8:41/mile on the trail…impressive! Steve Rothwell took 3rd AG...congratulations...

Interesting factoid…I ran the 10K in 2021 but switched to the half in 2022. What was I thinking…(grin)…?

A fast field this year in the half, with Matt Straub taking one of the top positions (4th overall)! Richie Kesseli took 1AG (and 6th overall).
