Middle morning Bean Traders route for fourteen miles with Joshua Lowry. Went out four and a half (past Herndon), headed back, then went out two and a half towards Durham, then returned.
Rather than just blazing ahead (as may be a norm for some) we chose to stick to a set pace. Managed to hold reasonably close to the pace until heading towards Durham…at which point we sped up a bit…and then a bit more on the way back to Bean Traders.
It may have been the rest day, the weather, the company, or the pace…but regardless, an easy and fun run. The latte after was good too…
Intended pace was 9:00/mile. Intention realized.
