Decided to combine the morning run with the evening run, so headed to Duke Chapel from Ponysaurus. Joshua Lowry set the perfect pace, with just about perfect weather as well.

Once arriving at the Chapel, needed a bit more time to complete the plan, so headed over to the track. No speed work, as we turned around shortly after getting there.
