Short stretch run after a long day of travel. Forgot how hot that sun really can be In Arizona, so waited for it to go below the horizon. Good move, because the temperature dropped from 111° when we arrived to 104° during the run.

Had planned on three, but wisdom and a need for sleep indicated otherwise. Tomorrow is another day for heat training.
