Stretching out the legs after the race yesterday. Felt good…legs definitely wanted to lope along, rather than any bursts of speed. Positive split nevertheless.

Took a different direction, just to see what was there…made it to the outskirts of the Biltmore area. Might try the same again before leaving, but perhaps go a little further.

Weather was warmer at 8am than at 6:30am the prior today…strange. Almost as if the sun rising has something to do with it getting warmer…(grin)…
